Primary sources
We prefer BSE, NSE, SEBI filings, RHP and DRHP documents, registrar announcements, and company offer documents. Secondary sources are identified where material.
Review and updates
Automated records are validated before publication. Material enrichments and name aliases require review. Time-sensitive values display their latest available update time.
GMP
Grey Market Premium is unofficial, unregulated market information. It can change rapidly and must not be treated as an official price or a prediction of listing performance.
